We make the hiring process for temporary employees easy. We begin with an initial interview, where we thoroughly assess the candidate's skills and abilities. Following this, we conduct reference and background checks, and when required, we also perform drug testing.
Requesting Temporary Employees
After registering with MBSS, you can request temporary employees as needed by logging onto our website and submitting a request, specifying the required skills and number of employees. We then assign a qualified, screened, and background-checked employee to the job and dispatch them to the company's location.

How MBSS operates with its employees
After a successful initial interview, individuals become daily temporary employees with MBSS. Each day they are available to work, employees must log in to the MBSS website by 5 a.m. to indicate their availability. When a suitable position becomes available, MBSS will contact employees via call and text with work site information. Employees are then required to check in at the assigned work site and begin their work day. At the end of the work day, employees notify MBSS of their completion, and MBSS will process payment for their services. In some cases, MBSS may also assist with transportation and gas money to help employees get to the work site. It is important to note that logging in daily does not guarantee work.
Daily Log-in
A key feature of the MBSS website is its system for daily employee availability and job matching. Employees log in each day to indicate their availability, which allows the agency to efficiently match them with suitable job placements based on their schedules. This provides employees with flexibility and enables MBSS to promptly meet client demands. Companies can easily request the number of temporary staff needed for the day through the website, and MBSS will exclusively match those requests with employees who have confirmed their availability for that day.
